William Greer is a trial lawyer with over 20 years of courtroom experience. He is a life long resident of Charles County, in Southern Maryland where he practices law. Mr. Greer was first admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1991 and he opened his own practice in La Plata, Maryland in 1995.

Mr. Greer represents individuals and business in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He has handled cases in many different courts throughout the State of Maryland and in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He has obtained recoveries for his clients in cases involving truck and car accidents, motorcycle accidents, general personal injury, wrongful death, estate disputes, business and insurance litigation, mechanics liens, estate and probate litigation and contract disputes.

Mr. Greer has been an active member of the community, supporting various community activities and organizations. He is also a Colonel in the Maryland Army National Guard and has served the citizens of Maryland and the United States for 27 years.

During her over 20 years of practice Sue A. Greer has represented various governmental agencies including the Office of Sheriff for Charles County, which was the first appointment of its kind in Maryland history. She has represented the Charles County Commissioners and various appointed boards, including the Charles County Planning Commission.

Upon entering private practice, she has represented various clients in Court, as well as in front of the Charles County Planning Commission, the Charles County Liquor Board and other agencies. She has argued annexation cases in both trial and appellate Courts.

Ms. Greer handles zoning cases, real property issues, estates, real estate contracts for both commercial and personal property sale and purchases, settlement, title issues, land use issues and zoning matters.
